In this session I will share how the 3 Ms (metacognition, moral purpose, malleable intelligence) frame and drive our approach to disrupting, interrupting and transforming entrenched trajectories for marginalised groups of pupils.
Bio
Naheeda Maharasingam is the headteacher of Rathfern Primary School in Lewisham. She is a Local Leader of Education (LLE), an Evidence Lead in Education (ELE), a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT) and the Leader of Rathfern Teacher Research Network. She is also the steering group lead for the Embedding Race Equality work across all Lewisham schools.
