Coaching has been around for decades. It has been proven as an effective tool to improve people’s lives, confidence, skills and ways to move forward. But what happens when coaching is adopted in schools not as a method or tool, but as a culture? I will talk about the relevance and positive impact of introducing a coaching culture in schools – not only for students, but also for teachers and headteachers.

Bio

Angela has over 25 years experience in educational environments as a teacher, mentor, trainer, coach, leader and consultant. mainly in Latin America. Since 2017 she has combined her two passions: Education and Coaching. She works with schools and teachers worldwide helping them adopt a coaching culture, transformational leadership and well-being.
